I am passionate about consistently providing the highest quality of NMH support to every student and oversee the smooth running of Cosmic People’s provision of student support, ensuring our service is consistently friendly, professional, prompt and effective.

We arrange support within 24 hours of student contact wherever possible and employ a large number of trained and experienced support staff nationwide whom we handpick for the role and work closely with so we can best match the student to their support worker and ensure support is tailored to meet their needs.

We abide by the DSA Quality Assurance Framework and work to clear policies and guidelines which ensures a consistently high standard of student support and quality of service from first point of contact until graduation.

Cosmic People internal staff have over 50 years of accumulative experience providing NMH support. I am extremely proud and grateful for the passion, skill, dedication and commitment of all of our staff here at Cosmic People who I know go above and beyond every single day to ensure they provide the best support possible.
